Professionalism and Expertise Provides Company Working Capital to Thrive
Global Safety Initiative is a third party safety quality assurance business located in Elgin, Texas and co-founded in August 2010 by David Adams and Serafino Priolo. Specializing in the semi-conductor industry, the company precisely inspects equipment upon installation and when additions are needed. Global Safety Initiative won the business of a well-known, multi-billion dollar company and started to add more employees, but as additional staff was added, they knew they would have issues making payroll. They went to their local bank, but after a disappointing meeting, Adams and Priolo needed an alternative way to obtain working capital.
An Efficient Solution
Adams and Priolo were referred to Far West Capital from the bank. After discussing their working capital needs and being unable to provide a solution, the banker called and said he knew Cole Harmonson, CEO of Far West Capital, and Far West Capital would be able to help. Although the owners of Global Safety Initiatives had reservations about funding because it was their first time, they knew it was crucial for the business to grow.
“My only reservation was that we had never done this sort of thing before, but we had no reservations about Far West Capital,” said Adams. “After we met with Far West Capital, we left the meeting feeling very upbeat. We didn’t look anywhere else [for our working capital needs].”
Adams attributes the easygoing but professional relationship with Far West Capital to the confidence and ease in choosing funding and working with Far West Capital.
“I would recommend Far West Capital to any business owner that is trying to grow their business,” said Adams. “They have done everything they can to put us at ease and it’s been smooth as silk. It gives me great peace of mind that I can make payroll. I can’t thank Far West Capital enough. We could not have done this without their help. It’s nice to know in these economic times, there is a company like Far West Capital.” Creative Solutions. Lasting Relationships. Working Together.
Although Adams and Priolo took their time adding employees and meeting with Far West Capital to discuss funding, the actual funding took only three days. To date, Far West Capital has funded nearly $300,000 to Global Safety Initiative.
