Situation

Global Safety Initiative is a third party safety quality assurance business located in Elgin, Texas and co-founded in August 2010 by David Adams and Serafino Priolo. Specializing in the semi-conductor industry, the company precisely inspects equipment upon installation and when additions are needed. Global Safety Initiative won the business of a well-known, multi-billion dollar company and started to add more employees, but as additional staff was added, they knew they would have issues making payroll. They went to their local bank, but after a disappointing meeting, Adams and Priolo needed an alternative way to obtain working capital.

Total Funding

Although Adams and Priolo took their time adding employees and meeting with Far West Capital to discuss funding, the actual funding took only three days. To date, Far West Capital has funded nearly $300,000 to Global Safety Initiative.
